The car is started by the START button with a realistic engine sound. The dashboard features imitation clocks, a media control panel (volume control, forward and reverse track) along with USB, SD card and AUX input. The "Mode" button allows you to listen to 5 preloaded tunes and 5 fairy tales. To mute or louden a song, hold down the "V+" or "V-" scroll key for approximately 3 seconds. On the right side of the steering wheel there is a speed level button: "Low speed" and "High speed" as well as the gearshift lever (forward, neutral and reverse).
The Mercedes can be controlled by remote control or by a child using the steering wheel and gas pedal. When you take your foot off the accelerator, the car stops itself. The remote control has the function of: locking the vehicle- P, setting 1 of 3 speed levels- S, turning and forward and reverse. To pair the car with the remote control, hold down the "M" button for 2-4 seconds.
Through driving, the child will develop their manual skills, orientation when moving and motor skills.
