Returned goods

Conditions for returning goods:

Goods you wish to return must not be damaged or used. They should not have any additional stickers or price tags. They must be returned in the original packaging including any accessories, instructions, and, if applicable, warranty certificates.

Goods can be returned up to 3 months from the date of the invoice. Please state the reason for the return for each item (item not suitable, not picked up, etc.).

For goods purchased on invoice, the invoices must be paid within their due date.

In case of returning goods, you will be charged a fee of 20% of the goods' price, but at least 8 EUR without VAT per shipment. This fee will be deducted from the credited amount for the returned goods.

Please mark the box with the words "Return of Goods".

Send the goods to the address: CARERO s.r.o., Jablunkov 994, 739 91 Jablunkov

After checking, credit notes will be issued and you will be contacted about further steps.

Returning the goods back on delivery is not possible, and all such shipments are immediately rejected and returned back to the sender, who also pays the associated costs.

We reserve the right to refuse any goods due to damage, non-original or damaged packaging, and goods that you purchased more than 3 months ago.
