Terms and Conditions

This wholesale e-shop is intended solely for the purchase of goods for the purpose of further resale (thus, it is intended for businesses and individuals).

The relationship between the buyer and the seller is governed by these terms and conditions or the relevant provisions of the commercial code.

Purchases made in contradiction to these terms and conditions are not covered by warranty and other guarantees.

Prices are listed without of VAT.

In case you obtain a turnover discount, the prices will be displayed to you after the discount.

Basic Provisions

Before making a purchase, it is necessary to register first. Purchasing in this online wholesale store is intended only for tradespeople and companies with a valid trade license. Only after registration, which must subsequently be approved by our sales department, and after logging in will the prices for individual items be displayed. The minimum order value is 40 EUR. For orders less than 40 EUR, a handling fee of 2 EUR will be charged.

Electronic Invoicing

Since June 1, 2015, we no longer send paper invoices. Until this date, we printed both the invoice and the delivery note, but the delivery note remained with us and only the invoice was sent to you. Now we print only the delivery note, which is sent with the order. This delivery note is needed by our staff to properly prepare your order. The invoice and all previous invoices can be found in your personal account. They are also sent to the email address provided at registration.

If you need to have purchase prices at your disposal, we can print these on the delivery note sent with orders - this setting is made upon your individual written request.

Delivery Conditions

We make every effort to deliver goods as quickly as possible from the time of order.

If you order goods that are in stock by 11:00 am, we will send the goods on the same day throughout the Czech Republic (only on working days). The DPD transport company has 24 hours to deliver, so you will receive the goods the next day after placing the order. If you order goods after 11:00 am, the goods will be sent the next day, so you will have the goods at your facility in 2 days!

If you choose payment by transfer to our account, the goods will be sent as soon as the money is credited to our account.

Unfortunately, we may also encounter a situation where we will not be able to deliver goods within the specified deadline. In this case, we will always contact you and agree on further action (you will receive information about the availability of goods, we will offer you other similar goods, discuss cancellation of the order). We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if the goods are not in stock with the supplier. If the undelivered goods were paid for in advance and we agree on cancellation of the order, the amount for the order will be refunded within 7 days of the agreement. The order is a proposal for a purchase contract, which is created by the delivery of goods. The condition for the validity of the electronic order is the completion of all prescribed data and requirements in the order form.

If you choose payment by transfer to our account, the goods will be reserved for you for a period of 7 days. If the full amount of the order including postage is not credited to our account within this period, the order will be canceled and the goods returned to sale. The operator of the online store CARERO s.r.o. is not responsible for shipments entrusted for delivery to DPD or Czech Post. In case of non-delivery of the shipment, contact us by email at velkoobchod@carero.cz or by phone at 555 508 930 to discuss the matter and arrange a claim for services at DPD/Czech Post. Replacement goods will be sent to you or the paid amount refunded only after the carrier's claim is settled. You will be informed of the outcome.

Dropshipping

For our customers, we have prepared a service of sending goods directly to the end customer (dropshipping). In this form of order processing, the company CARERO s.r.o. acts only as a service organization providing delivery of goods to the end customer, not as a seller of goods. The seller of the end customer must inform about this. All obligations arising from the contractual relationship with the end customer - issuing a purchase document, claims, returns, etc., are handled by the seller of the goods, not CARERO s.r.o.

A shipping fee for each order is charged according to the terms and conditions + a handling fee of 2 EUR (especially for costs associated with invoicing, packaging, and administration).

In case of larger volume of goods, we send by pallet transport. If goods sent in this way are not accepted by the customer, the costs associated with this method of transport will be charged to you according to the DPD price list.

Pricing Conditions

The list of goods with a price list is a proposal for a purchase contract, contains the selling price without VAT, and in the contents of the cart also the price including VAT. Prices without VAT are listed for each item in EUR. To this price, postage is added. An invoice (tax document) is sent by email, which also serves as a delivery and warranty note. By sending an order with selected goods, the customer expresses consent to the terms and conditions.

All discounts from wholesale prices and special offers are intended only for customers with whom we do not have overdue receivables.

Images and Texts

For some products, photographs may be illustrative only, meaning that the color shade of the product, image, or its design may differ slightly. Individual products are accompanied by texts, which roughly describe them and include dimensions. These may have a discrepancy of +- 2 cm. Also, the weight indicated for individual products is only approximate.

Consent to the Sending of Commercial Communications

I agree to the sending of commercial communications using electronic communication tools, especially email, in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of the information society.

Discounts

Discounts based on quarterly turnovers

We offer the possibility of obtaining permanent discounts based on the achieved quarterly turnover for the previous quarter.

This means that the amount of the discount is determined by the turnover achieved during the previous quarter.

Discounts based on quarterly turnover are as follows:

Over 2,000 EUR - 1%

Over 4,000 EUR - 2%

Over 7,100 EUR - 3%

Over 11,900 EUR - 4%

Over 19,800 EUR - 5%

Over 29,700 EUR - 6%

The stated turnovers are exclusive of VAT. Discounts are valid for the following quarter.

If you obtain this discount, the following quarter prices will be displayed in the wholesale e-shop after the discount.

EET (Electronic Records of Sales)

According to the law on the Electronic Records of Sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. The recipient of sales records sales in a simplified regime, i.e., is obliged to record the received sales with the tax administrator no later than 5 days.

By creating an order, the buyer also agrees to receive the receipt electronically on the website.
